- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆There is nothing friendly about the customer service that works behind the counter. I have lived here my entire life and always used this post office and use to enjoy going to get my mail and seeing smiling faces and feeling welcome. Now I dread going to get my mail as getting bills is the best part of walking into this post office. If you ask for help it's a big inconvenience, or they will make you very uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and use elk Rapids or acme post office.By Rob Mclain, March 08, 2017
